Flip-chip COB cabinet with no wire bonds — higher brightness, better uniformity and longer life.
LK COB is a 16:9 fine-pitch cabinet built around flip-chip COB packaging. Removing the wire bond removes the failure mode that kills ordinary SMD modules, while the flip-chip structure improves heat dissipation and brightness uniformity.
Two sub-lines cover different pixel-density needs. The /XP line offers true physical pitches from P0.78 to P1.56 for standard fine-pitch applications; the /XV line uses virtual-pixel arrangement for even finer perceived resolution at P0.47–P0.93.
The 16:9 form factor assembles naturally into FHD, 4K and 8K video walls. Modules, power and receiving cards are serviceable from the front, so the screen can sit flush against a wall.
