Pricing & Quotes

How much does an LED display cost per square meter?
There is no honest single number — price depends mainly on pixel pitch, brightness, LED brand and cabinet material. As a rough orientation, outdoor fixed-installation screens cost significantly less per m² than fine-pitch indoor walls. Send us your size and viewing distance and we will quote the right spec, not the most expensive one.
What is included in your quotation?
Our standard quote covers the display cabinets, control system, spare modules, power/signal cables and packing. On request we add steel structure drawings, processors, shipping (FOB / CIF / DDP) and installation guidance — everything line-itemed so you can compare offers fairly.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ pressure. Sample panels and small pilot projects are welcome — most of our long-term partners started with a single cabinet or a small test wall before scaling up.

Choosing the Right Product

How do I choose the right pixel pitch?
A practical rule of thumb: the pitch number in millimeters roughly equals the minimum comfortable viewing distance in meters. P2.5 works from about 2.5–3 m away; a highway billboard viewed from 50+ m can use P10–P16 and save a lot of budget. Tell us your closest viewer distance and screen size, and we will recommend the most cost-effective pitch.
Indoor or outdoor — which series do I need?
Outdoor screens need high brightness (5,000–10,000 nits) and IP65/IP67 weather protection; indoor screens prioritize fine pitch, color accuracy and low heat. Semi-outdoor shop windows sit in between. Our Outdoor, Indoor and Transparent Mesh series cover all three scenarios — see the Products page for the full range.
Can you build curved, corner or custom-shaped screens?
Yes. Several of our outdoor series assemble into 90° corners and curves from standard cabinets, and our Artistic line builds fully custom shapes — spheres, domes and landmark structures engineered module-to-structure for your project.

Technical Questions

What brightness do I need for direct sunlight?
For screens facing direct sun we recommend 8,000–10,000 nits; shaded outdoor walls and storefronts usually need only 4,500–6,000 nits. Higher is not always better — excessive brightness shortens LED lifespan and wastes power, so we size it to your actual orientation and climate.
Front service or rear service — what is the difference?
Front-service cabinets let technicians swap modules and power supplies from the screen side, so the display can sit flush against a wall with no maintenance corridor behind it. Rear service needs access space behind the screen but is simpler in structure. Most of our cabinets support both — we will suggest the right one based on your installation.
What control system do your displays use?
We ship our own controllers and processors (synchronous and asynchronous), from 4-in-1 video processors to cloud-managed all-in-one terminals. Remote monitoring, brightness scheduling and cluster management are available for display networks.

Shipping & Installation

How are the cabinets packed and shipped?
Cabinets ship in export-grade plywood flight cases or cartons with foam protection, by sea, air or rail. We handle export documentation and can quote door-to-door (DDP) in most markets.
Do you provide installation drawings or on-site support?
Every project includes CAD cabinet-layout drawings, power/signal wiring diagrams and a steel-structure plan where needed. We support installation remotely with video calls, and engineer on-site support can be arranged for larger projects.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard models typically ship within 2–4 weeks after deposit and drawing confirmation; custom shapes take longer depending on complexity. Every order goes through a 72-hour full-screen aging test with a video report before packing.

Warranty & Support

What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Our standard 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in modules, power supplies, receiving cards and cabinets. Spare modules are included free with every order so most issues can be fixed on-site within minutes. Extended warranty terms are available for project customers.
How do I get spare parts years after purchase?
We keep production records for every batch and guarantee spare-part availability for the product’s service life. Spares ship by international express, and our engineers guide your technician through replacement by video if needed.
What happens if something fails after installation?
Contact us with photos or a short video of the symptom. Our engineers respond within 24 hours with a diagnosis — most issues are configuration or cabling related and can be solved remotely the same day. Hardware failures under warranty are covered by free replacement parts.
